Absolutely the best customer service experience I have ever encountered. Staff are brilliant, competent and treat you as if you are really valued as a customer and more. Delivery service for prescriptions is first class, call in with any problem or query and they go the extra mile to find a solution. In a time when everything is automated and remote, to find good, old fashioned, face to face customer service like this, is priceless.

I have never had a problem with fegans pharmacy, they always pick my script up on time, and they bend over backwards to help,I would highly recommend them.Friendly, caring, lovely girls, especially Debra the pharmacist.Thankyou fegans pharmacy for all your hard work during this pandemic xxx

This pharmacy claims to open at 9am, I have never once seen this shop open at 9 am. In reality, the staff saunter in around 9:15- 9:30 am. It then takes another 10 minutes to boot up the computer system. There is not a lick of work done in this shop until 9:45. If you need to pick up a prescription before work you're out of luck. The staff, when the arrive, are generally very nice. Accept for one pharmacist. She seems to have a genuine attitude problem that matchs her innate ability to mess up the simplest of tasks. Great bunch of people.

Fegan's always seem to have what I need unlike other chemists. I'm never waiting long as they have plenty of staff. Staff are a very friendly down to earth bunch and always willing to help in diagnosing problems which is great as I don't like going to the doctor unless I really have to. They are also very reasonably priced for toiletries which saves me having to drive into town.
