I?ve been a regular at Fallone?s, purchasing Nutella milkshakes over ten times, each priced at £2.45. However, during my recent visit, an employee with a full-arm tattoo on his left arm charged me £4 for the same item. When I questioned the price increase, he insisted that £4 has been the longstanding price. Not wanting to argue, I left without further discussion. Additionally, during my last two visits, two different employees declined to use Nutella sauce in my milkshake, opting instead for a cheaper alternative from a small jerrycan, stating that this was standard for the £2.45 milkshakes. This was inconsistent with my previous experiences, where genuine Nutella was used. The frequent staff turnover at this establishment is also noticeable. These experiences have diminished my appreciation for this shop.

Took my daughter here tonight for a ?tooth fairy treat? and the woman was so kind and interested in what my daughter was saying, was so patient when listening to her and even gave her a little milkshake. My daughter will remember this for a long time. Such lovely people and I?m so happy. Was the end of the night too and even with the workers being tired they were all just so lovely!!! Thank u so much ?

Food never came and whenni rang up after two hours to inquire they said it was on its way, at that point it was midnight and nowhere else was open so i waited and got my pizza late and it was cold and the girl on the phone was so rude about the whole thing when i said it was not my order.wont be back i will wait til they go out of business and purchase food when the new guys move in.Always get your order wrong not a glove in sight. bad hygiene.

The service in here is absolutely TERRIBLE . Overhearing members of staff saying they ?do not care ? if the customers food is stale after leaving it there for 2 whole hours . The lady taking our order didn?t even acknowledge us and just about took our order as we were just ignored for the first 15 mins of standing there .
