I usually stop by here after finishing long hospitality shifts, around 11:45pm, three to four nights a week. Tonight I had one of the worst customer service experiences I?ve ever had.
Another customer and I pulled up at the same time. She went in first while I quickly finished a phone call in my car. I was no more than 20 seconds behind her. The staff member closed the shutters immediately after letting her in, then shook his head at me and refused to let me through.
When I went to the hatch and asked if he knew he had just let someone inside, he replied ?yeah? in a very rude and dismissive tone. I explained that I had just finished a 13-hour shift and only wanted a few minutes to walk the aisles and grab something to eat (with still almost 15 minutes until they actually closed) , but he simply walked away from me without another word. I was left standing there feeling uncomfortable and very unwelcome. This isn?t even a one-off, I?ve seen the same member of staff during the day and his attitude was no different.
I work in hospitality myself and, no matter how long my shift has been, I would never treat a customer in such an abrupt and unprofessional way. The bare minimum is to be polite.
I ended up driving to Shandon Park Spar, which actually closes at 12, and was welcomed in with no issue. Their staff were friendly, polite, and even wished me a good evening - the complete opposite of what I experienced here.
If you?re looking for good service late at night, I?d recommend going to Shandon Park Spar instead. At least there you?ll be treated with basic respect. I won?t be back to Ladas Drive.

Thanks for having a vinted , evri/yodel service here. Losing a star for the deli, why have a deli for rolls and lunch when it's closed at 1-2pm. Food left going off in the heater all day seems to be a waste and numerous times I've went down at 3pm for a roll only for it to be empty.

Just want to say a massive thanks to the staff in Ladas drive today - bought a cylinder of propane which had the wrong connection and they where able to sort it out extremely quickly! Was the best priced propane that I could find in Belfast also, B&Q was nearly double the price! Unfortunately only got the names of 2 staff Zac and Chantelle but a third girl was really helpful also. Thanks again!

Always busy when I visit.Staff are usually busy serving on the till and when not on tills, I always see them filling the shelves.Nice layout, quick checkouts is a huge benefit.They are a bit pricey but sometimes do have some sound specials.Overall, I have not had a negative experience here and store is always well organised.

The post office man staff was awful. He was about 40 age man.He was rude. He didn't answer me correctly, and after that deliberately gave me the wrong form. I asked him to give me L driving license form, and i told him that i wanted to make a driving license for first-time , and he gave me goods vehicels license form DL2
