I?m writing to commend one of your team members, Chris, at your Belfast Falcon Road store.
Chris provided absolutely excellent customer service during my recent visit. I was in urgent need of a car part (wheel nut) and he went above and beyond to help source it quickly and efficiently. His professionalism, dedication, and willingness to assist under pressure truly stood out and made a stressful situation much easier for me.

First and last time using them. I ordered a car battery to be delivered next day. It didn't arrive, I called and someone said that it should have been with you this morning and that someone will call back in a few minutes. Nobody called back. I called a couple more times the next afternoon with the same answer. I called yet again and asked for a refund as it was a joke. They never gave me a reason or an apology but assured me that I would get a refund. This still on my mind I just made sure about the refund actually in process that I messaged a europart agent based elsewhere and they said yes a refund has been issued and takes a few days which is normal. They couldn't see why it wasnt delivered either. Okay. I still made a screen shot of this conversation. Buy a car battery elsewhere like amazon or Halfords.
