With a credit score of 620 never have any contract they told me my credit score is low and then the employee from castle court EE told me me to get a SIM card and wait 3 months after that they told me to wait another 3 months and still got nothing just a SIM card of 38.50£ basically they just feed you bullshit very disappointed!

I should of read the reviews first. Like someone else i stood for 10 mins without even being acknowledged. No greeting or be with you shortly. Had my phone booked in for a repair but they didnt even have the correct screen in after giving my phone details and IME1 number over the phone. Was going to cost 75 pound to fix. Left and went to the samsung repair shop close by. They had my phone booked in and details took and i was out of the shop within 10 mins. Samsung shop even said it was free because the phone is only 6 months old. EE shop is awful. Dont bother going

Fixed my (very) broken phone for less than the excess on my phone insurance! They even fixed things which weren't related to the problem I came in for such as a small crack on the camera and a loose charging port. Very good service

This is an amazing store with a huge variety of phones and accessories. No matter what you are looking for, there is something here for everyone.
What really makes this place stand out is the staff. They are polite, patient, and really helpful. They guide you through everything without rushing you, and you can tell they care about giving you the best experience possible. The customer service here is honestly impeccable.
Another thing worth mentioning is that this is the only official Google repair center in all of Ireland. If you have a Google device that needs fixing, this is the place you can trust. They always try their best to repair your phone on the same day, which is such a relief when you are stuck without your device.
Highly recommend visiting if you need a new phone or even just some honest help.

Clueless and have been for the past 10 years

They don't respond to the phone.
I live 30 minutes away from belfast, and i called them many times to ask them if they have a new screen for my phone to be sure that they have it the day of my repaire appointment. Because i heard a lot of people weren't able to get their phone fixed because certain parts weren't available in stock.
Unfortunately, they either don't pick up the phone or pick up the phone and let me talk to myself, i can hear the background noise, but no one reply. The last time i called them, someone picked up the phone and quickly hung up.
They are NOT PROFESSIONAL at all. I'll try to report this to EE website, i have the proof of my calls.

I would highly recommend the service received from Jack at the Castle Court Store. He was so professional and was able to sort out broadband and sims for us. When I had a minor issue today I went and spoke to Jack who in his usual professional manner sorted it immediately. This young man really knows his stuff ( more so than 3 or Vodafone) and has helped us enormously. Thank you Jack and best wishes in your future career.

Booked a repair for a fold screen protector, told my phone wasn't in warranty, which it is until September, said there was a chip In my screen which is a tear in the screen protector, which is why I needed a new one, was priced 500 odd for a new screen protector ? to go round to Samsung to be told phones covered under warranty and it will be free to replace the screen protector
