Visited Belfast Boucher Road store today and was helped by Mark store man to find runner mats for my hallway. Very pleasant and helpful so big thanks to Mark. You should be pleased to have such a accommodating employee.

No staff upstairs at all. Wandered around for at least 15 minutes and no one there. Stood at their desks for a bit and nothing. Saw other customers looking for assistance too. Appalling customer service. Don't know why they have two desks upstairs if they're not manned. It's not like the staff were helping other customers, there just wasn't any staff. Hopeless.

What can I say, this is my favourite shop. All good. Just received a Churchgate Bradgate lamp from them. It is beautiful. I have never seen anything so well wrapped in all my life. Thank you so much Dunelm.

Left our trolley to the side while we had a coffee and one of the staff nabbed it to use for moving stock. When we said she just shrugged and said there are always trolleys lying about. Mum is disabled and uses a trolley to lean on. No offer to go get her another one. Disabled toilets were in badly in need of a clean.

An incident occurred today after I went to the bill counter to buy some things.
The staff who was supposed to bill didn't know how to treat customers.
I request that you at least say hello to the customer.
