Changed our booking without our consent and expected us to pay the same price for the apartment that was now 15 min drive from the city instead of in walking distance. Would not recommend.

Cancelled a booking for 14 people 2 months before an event. Booking was made in November 2023. Little to no communication bar a voise message informing me they had to make some adjustments and therefore would not be able to acccomodate us. Would not reccomend for anyone as it seems like a common experience.

They canceled our reservation almost a month after making it, which financially entails having to go back to look for alternative accommodation with such short notice. Bad experience.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Just a few days before booking they cancelled it and relocated us to their different building almost an hour away: when we said we didn?t want that as we specifically booked this for the location, the trouble began: they had no rooms for us whatsoever (despite us booking months in advance). We got Booking involved and the hotel continuously lied to both us and Booking, resulting in 6 calls after being send around in circles. When we went to the reception to ask for an explanation, the receptionist did not care whatsoever. ?Maintance? is what the answer was. It feels like this is just one big scam. AVOID!!!!

Cancelled our apartments last minute before our trip with no real reason why, left us having to pay twice the price elsewhere as we couldn't change flights etc. Very unprofessional and would not recommended booking here, from the other reviews it sounds like we had a lucky escape.

Owed £750 refund for almost 6 months. The police have been involved. Tourism NI have been informed. This company do not care about anyone nor any rule or regulation. Belfast city council should be shamed for allowing this company to operate here. 250 google reviews and from what i can see 248 are BAD. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I recently had the displeasure of staying at Dreams Luxury Serviced Apartments in Belfast, and I must say it was an absolute nightmare. I had booked a 2-bedroom apartment for my stay, but upon arrival, I was given a cramped and dingy 1-bedroom space instead. The service at this so-called "luxury" establishment was nothing short of appalling. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, displaying a complete lack of professionalism. When I brought up the issue of the incorrect room assignment, they offered no apologies or solutions, just a half-hearted excuse about overbooking. The 1-bedroom apartment I was forced to stay in was a far cry from the luxury I had expected. It was outdated, poorly maintained, and the furnishings looked like they had been picked up at a flea market. The bed was uncomfortable, the linens were worn, and the entire place had a musty odor that made my stay extremely unpleasant. To make matters worse, the noise from the surrounding area was unbearable, with little to no soundproofing in the rooms. I barely got any sleep during my stay, adding to the overall misery of the experience.I would strongly advise anyone considering a stay at Dreams Luxury Serviced Apartments to look elsewhere. The false advertising and abysmal service make this establishment a prime example of how not to run a hospitality business. Save yourself the disappointment and choose a more reputable and customer-focused accommodation option in Belfast.

Absolutely filthy apartments don?t bother staying here. Pay extra for a hotel or go home after your night out. Car park dark dingy and filthy rubbish everywhere. The nitrous oxide canisters all on floor were shocking. Smell in apartment as you walk in. Sticky handles on doors. Don?t even want to have a shower in morning. Such a kip. Need a good clean and a painting. Not worth a stay. Check in early is £20 per hour. Manager not happy to be in work he said after his honeymoon his staff left loads of work for him to do. Well the cleaner left everything didn?t bother cleaning at all. Filthy

This experience of staying in this accommodation was a shambles from start to finish!!! At check-in the queue was so long and only one person dealing with everyone's queries. Once checked in, they only have one fob to the car park so i had to come back down to move my car and park it (baring in mind they charge you £20 for the privilege of parking in a car park that the lights don't work in correctly, exceptionally tight corners and spaces and so untidy. Lots of rubbish, dirty linen and broken/old electricals). The apartment itself was surface clean. The floor was exceptionally dirty!!! We have actually threw away our slippers that's how bad the floors where. No hand soap in the dispensers either to wash your hands. Suppose I should add though that at least the view out the window was pretty. The walls in this building are paper-thin, so much that I could hear people once I got out of the lift talking and laughing. But the manager Stephen, unlocked our apartment door at 1am to inform us that we where too noisy. He told me as lead traveller he wanted a word at reception NOW!! I walked outside of the door of the apartment and he was standing and in his first sentence swore at me. I told him to have some professionalism. But according to him he is a straight talker. He told me that that is his procedure to enter and apartment just like that. I asked was that Dream Apartments policy and procedure and he kept talking over the top of me telling me that that's the way he does things. I found him to be of a threating nature. I told him I would reconvene our conversation at checkout. checkout in this accommodation is normally 10am so i paid for one extra hour to stay to 11am. I was greeted whilst getting read at 10.30am by house keeping in our hall way of our accommodation. I said sorry we have a late check out time. To which she replied "why, did you pay for it?" How ignorant can these people be. Stephen had the cheek to say he informed them, once again I referred him to his policy and procedure that clearly isn't being followed but i found that he was just looking to cover his own back. He was an awful host and I would like Dream Apartments to address and investigate this experience and come back to me. I have never had such bad service whilst staying away for the evening. Also the images are nothing like what you get when you go to this accommodation. No chocolates on your pillow, no prosecco. Maybe it is an added extra but at least inform quests of that, but i feel paying over £200 for one night is enough!!!

Overall not the best experience the view and room made the trip. Reception team are a nightmare to deal with. Paid £100 security deposit which is fair enough as this is standard but after standing at reception making us email dream apartments twice with our photo ids and all other information which took up to 15 minutes they tell us that the security deposit will be back in our account after checkout. This isn?t the case we rang reception and they said they are swamped with emails and calls and therefore we aren?t their priority and that we will have to wait until they are free to get our money back. The room also had stains on the wall and the double bed separates very easy as it?s simply two single beds pushed together. Also cleaner blocked the whole hallway on checkout with supplies/ trolley and we couldn?t get passed, probably better looking elsewhere for a getaway

The only positive for this place is the location, it?s very convenient for those looking to be fairly central in Belfast. However, the place has been neglected with the apartments in pretty bad shape. There were marks on the blinds, the sofa had a tear in the material and the shower hose was broken. The windows don?t block any of the noise, I was on the 7th floor and it sounded like the windows were wide open and hear everything from the cars and people outside.I tried to report this to the Dream Apartments team via AirBnb and was ignored. They must just use automation to send messages there but not actually check for replies.

AVOID this place at all costs!!! We had a booking for almost a whole year. Turned up and was told there are no apartments for us?! Reception and management are RUDE and unhelpful. We were put in another apartment which was barely an apartment. It was dirty, facilities wouldn?t work, SO many issues, too many to list. Multiple attempts for a refund were ignored and we are now being harassed to withdraw our complaint and our contact details given out. I suggest everyone put a charge back through bank for a refund instead of contacting property as they are UNHELPFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Worst holiday stay experience I?ve ever had. Avoid at all costs.Safety: On the 2nd night at 6am someone ENTERED our apartment with keys and was walking around. Immediately left when they noticed there was people in the apartment but a huge security issue which was not addressed when asked staff multiple times. Who else had keys/access to our apartment?

We didn't get to stay at Dream Apartments as they had double booked our apartment. Whilst we were waiting to speak to the receptionist, there were no less than 4 different groups being told the same thing - that they didn't have a room that evening, leaving us all stranded. Dream apartments refused to help anyone look at/book alternative accommodation and there was no apology either, they just blamed the booking provider. Interestingly, the booking provider blamed Dream apartments. We'll never be back.
