Ana the manager was very lovely to me when I came in and I left really delighted! I?d gotten some laces for my shoes, and Ana took time and showed me in detail how to tie these properly as they required double knotting due to the length compared to the shoe eyelets - she stayed calm, kind and professional despite an unexpected moment with a late store delivery. I was really impressed by the service and their attitude in the middle of that, thank you so much!!!

Amazing customer service in this store! I was served by Iain who went out of his way to help me and advise on the boots in store. He made this a very positive experience! The variety of shoes and boots in the store is great too! Will definitely be back for more.

Great customer service and care. Went to get my first ever pair of docs. Have problem feet so shoe shopping has always been a nightmare for me to find the right shoes that will work with my feet. Staff were so helpful and patient, in finding the right pair for me. Got the 8053 quad. So happy with my first ever pair of docs. Definitely would recommend and go back for another pair

I visited the store yesterday with my sandals that I'd somehow managed to break on Monday. HEIDI and ANA went above and beyond to help. I was a nightmare customer with no receipt and no idea of the date I had bought them. Heidi spent ages searching for my proof of purchase on the system. Meantime, Ana sold me a pair of Zebzag mules that I've had my eye on for a while. Heidi managed to find my e-receipt which meant that I could swap my broken sandals for a replacement pair. How lovely to be in a store where the staff are so pleasant, helpful, and enthusiastic about the product they sell.

Complete disaster ordered and paid online order was cancelled rang store they said they would hold me a pair when I went in next day they were sold . They were on my daughter's Christmas list Christmas spoilt for my teenager.Avoid DM shop be better visiting SCHUH

I visited the Belfast store on Saturday and although busy, all the staff were attentive and helpful. I was looked after by Matt, who helped me purchase some gorgeous boots.
