The way the manager (I believe his name was Darrell) spoke to the staff was nothing short of appalling. While waiting on my order the staff were being spoke to like dogs. I understand the place was busy but staff are still human beings and deserve to be spoken to with an ounce of respect. I really hope something is done about this!

Absolutely avoid this place - rang for an emergency to feed a local care home who had just had a fire and no access to kitchen with the hope to place a paid order to feed 51 patients - they were dog ignorant on the phone and not helpful at all despite knowing the situation and also we are very loyal customers. Would not take the order as they wouldn?t accept cash over a certain amount - again explained the emergency situation and cash would be ready with a significant tip - it would have made absolutely no difference us paying cash on collection or delivery especially to a care home with no access to food! Avoid avoid avoid ! Called pizza guys instead and they are were more than happy to help and made a significant discount also! One star is too much - should be ashamed !

It is what it is, the flavour never changes...and unless you have a 50% off voucher, it's hard to justify the price.

Ordered through website kept glitching and adding extra sauce to my pizza. Pizza was drowned in sauce even tho I asked when I went to collect it if the order received ok as it kept putting extra sauce on my order even tho I kept deleting it. Just spoke to manager who said sorry not are fault. Sort your on line glitch out as that?s not my fault. So now where dose it lie with you obviously. Money over quality profit over people.

I love there pizza and chips and there cookies are to die for, they're so good.
There service is amazing, all of them are very nice to me and the atmosphere and vibe of the the whole place is great.
