Second time we've ordered mac and cheese and they've not delivered it and replaced with something cheaper and not refunded. Replaced eith nachos tonight which was inedible due to being so burnt. The nachos came with bbq dip and not salsa. Then no garlic dip that I asked for. On top of that the pizza fell to bits as wasn't cut properly

The place and service were fine. However, the garlic dip was so acidic that it could burn a hole in my table. The pizza base was too chewy and drier than the Sahara desert. Overall an awful restaurant. The Pizza Co is miles ahead

Got a pizza from here last night and the woman who delivered the food decided to take it upon herself to dump her cigarette buds in front of our driveway and video footage of her doing it as well. Absolutely disgusting!!

Really this place should be getting no star the service they hold is an absolute shambles. Have ordered a couple of times and went into the shop itself.
Half of the times they don't answer there phone or just hang up.
Then when you do get through they are so slow at taken your order and put you on hold without even saying.
Delivery was near hour late one night and I tried rining about 100 times with no answer.
Food is good but I tell you what the slowness at everything else cracks me up ?

Called up after waiting an hour for a pizza i ordered off uber eats, then they said they couldn?t deliver to the address, then they said they could deliver. Waited another 45 minutes. Waited 2 hours total for a pizza to be delivered. Ordered food again today and they said they couldn?t deliver. VERY VERY VERY BAD SERVICE. Definitely would not recommend, person on the end of the phone didnt seem to have a clue what was going on. Would not recommend at all.

Ordered a pizza online, the ordered for some reason ordered itself so I didn't get a chance to add dips, when my partner rand the store to ask for dips to put on, after trying to get through because the staff kept lifting the phone and slamming it down, when we did get through she proceeded to tell us she couldn't because the order had only just when if she had if answered the phone in the first place, I mean lose customers and money all U want for the sake of employees who can't leave their attitude at home very ignorant

Terrible service order online through app walked in to collect stood at the till for 3 mins completely ignored 3 of them standing talking about football team I said that I needed to collect they said just wait. I walked out never be ordering from that store again
