Delivery driver never showed up, stood outside waiting for them to arrive. Showed on the app as delivered, phoned up to find out what was up. Picked up and the worker rudely insisted that the driver was previously outside, despite us standing at the front door and the app tracking showing the closest the driver got was a few streets over. They ended up agreeing to redeliver, but warn against using them in the future, if you do, opt for collection rather than delivery

It was horrible the staff did a bad job of cutting the pizza uneven there was one slice that was literally 1/4 of the pizza and the cheese was stale and overall did not meet my expectation

Think I?ll stick with collection so I can check my order. I always order a Big Garlic Dip (£1.50) and it?s NEVER included. Not worth calling a delivery driver back for something so petty. Also when ordering on the website the drinks are misleading. All of the images are of 500ml bottles (I ordered a Regular Sprite), but what actually comes is a 330ml tin (of the sub-par Sprite Zero, yes there?s a difference). £1.40! Dominos know what they?re doing! The pizzas are always made correctly, arrive hot and absolutely delicious but these little things are so annoying.

Got my order completely wrong first time, then got the replacement pizza completely wrong again, advised that as I added pepperoni and jalapeño to a set pizza (Texas bbq) that meant all the set ingredients don?t come with the pizza so they removed them but also added all the things I asked to have removed. Manager confirmed that adding extra ingredients means you loose the original ingredients on a set pizza, actually baffled. Same pizza I?ve got from years from other dominos stores and never had any issues. Near 2 hours later 2 wrong pizzas and no refund or voucher (did say I could risk a third replacement pizza). I have never in my life bothered to write a negative review but just a terrible experience. £30 quid down and over 2 hours wasted going back and forth.

I was welcomed with nothing but appalling behaviour, customer service was so bad that I had to remove myself from the shop as I felt an urge to cry. I don?t understand why this was as I did nothing but be kind. Service without a smile. Won?t be back.

I recently ordered 2 pizzas and called the branch for putting vegan mayo instead of the regular ones. However I was sent 1 regular and 1 vegan, when I called back to the store regarding the ordered I was lied about, the person gave millins of excuses about the same order ?driver changed the dips?, ?I personally changed to both vegan mayo dips? and was extremely rude. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and I expect prompt response to this situation.

I am a regular customer of over 10 years. I use the Lisburn road branch but I didn?t know you could not pay by cash after 12 so after a few hour I walked to the store at 4.05pm and decided I would ring and order for collection and it was closed and I couldn?t order online as collection had stopped very upset and I spend a huge amount of money.
