“I went into the works castle place belfast earlier this week looking for an etch a sketch kind of thing for my mother who is in a nursing home. Supervisor Sophie who advised me was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble she certainly had excellent customer care skills. I phoned today and asked about another gadget for my mum. She couldn't have been more helpful and is a great ambassador for the works”

She interacted in such a lovely day with the family in front of me with their small child. Letting the child come round and watch her scan the items . Theresa then had a chat with me . Such lovely warm hearted woman. Wee interactions like this are such a lovely personnal touch . Overall shop is clean and well stocked .”
