Bought a sofa and chair.1 of the cusions on the sofa collapsed.they fixed it and it happened again.and would not fix it again.i had taken insurance with it and they were as use as a chocolate teapot.so beware when buying from dfs.do not take their insurance.

Very professional service, good prices. We usually pay up front for everything, a 0% interest deal meant we paid it monthly over a few years. Sales person, Amanda I think was her name so helpful.

I ordered a sofa bed back in March. We waited 8 weeks. Sofa arrive on time but it was broken. Delivery guys told us that somebody from DFS would call us in 48 hours. We waited 2 weeks until we finally called ourselves and found out that we would have to wait another 2 weeks. When we asked if we could get a temporary sofa until the new one was delivered, the answer was no. After waiting another 2 weeks, we found out that we would not receive the sofa and would have to wait another 6 weeks, so we simply canceled the order and ordered a brand new one from the same company. We waited 3 weeks but when it was time to deliver it, we got a call that the sofa was too big and it simply would not fit through the door. When we called customer service, they said that everything was fine and the sofa would be delivered next week. So we waited patiently until this morning. The delivery guys arrived and simply said that the sofa was too big and they could not deliver it in parts. Then they said again that someone would contact us in 48 hours. I have already lost hope to get a sofa from this company. It all started at march , and it's already July. 4 months without a sofa and they couldn't even give me a replacement until they fix their problems. I don't recommend this company to anyone. Very unreliable.

My boyfriend and cousin delivered many sofas for this company but they never got paid for their invoices. They tried to contact them multiple times but DFS is not being helpful at all. We talk about amount over £1000. Do not recommend company like these at all.

Very bad experience from DFS. Ordered dining table and chairs on the Black Friday sale November 2024. Promised the delivery before Christmas and gave options to choose the delivery date. I choose December 17th as delivery date and no update from the delivery team or DFS regarding the delivery until 17th December. The order tracking of DFS is totally a useless option, it was showing that the products delivered. I tried to contact with the DFS customer care many times on 17th. After long 30 mins waiting connect with customer care people and they were very rude and asked to wait until 7pm for the delivery. No proper update or support got from any of the customer care agent for my 5 time calls. On 18th again I tried to contact DFS and they didn?t gave any proper update. On 18th afternoon they informed me that the products is not available for the delivery and I need to wait till January 10 2025. DFS can?t do anything to make the delivery fast or arrange some other option to deal with the situation. Now am in a situation to purchase another dining set for my new house and I didn?t expect this type of poor service and customer care support from an organisation like DFS.

Great for sofas wouldn't even think of buying anything else from them again table and chairs ordered back in October was given a delivery date for mid November only to be then told the item would not be arriving as no one knew where it was that was one day off work wasted as it had been booked off then got a call to say my items would arrive at the start of December think it was the 2nd again waited all day nothing had to contact the delivery firm myself only to be told they didn't actually have the product yet so it couldn't be delivered they then rang me back later that week and and said they had them and the items would be delivered on the 9th which it did but 2 chairs missing out of my dining set so I rang dfs and was told they needed at least 72 hours for me to wait for a call back as they couldn't put me directly in contact with the correct department even asked for a manager several times this was just brushed off and ignored so finally get an email to say I would be called the next day that didn't happen then they called me the day after that I missed it so rang back within 5 mins only to be told I had to wait up to 72 hours for a call back then eventually I did get a call to say they where looking for the items and would be in contact when they find them they did ring but it was to tell me they where lost not found I asked where do we go from here as this was the 2nd time my stuff had been lost only to be told my missing chairs had to be re-ordered i asked if I would have them before christmas and was told no you will get them some time in January bare I'm mind when I ordered this stuff in October it said christmas delivery on the chairs
Happy enough to take your money and when it comes to trying to help you no one wants to know or help was told they would do what they could for me amd offer a gesture of goodwill for all my trouble but every idea was shot down asked them to deliver the chairs with someone who could get them here quicker was told no asked them to put a rush on them was told no asked if the store in belfast had any on display because I would even take them as I really needed these chairs before christmas and again was told no they don't allow that
So tell me where is the help where is the goodwill because I don't see any attempt from them to make it right
