I went to the store today bought a fridge freezer the assistant Jonathan served me was very friendly talked me through everything. He explained everything about warranty delivery instalation and recycling.He also said I am entitled to get the fridge freezer 1free service with the warranty .I would highly recommend this branch to friend's and family.

Went into the store at Forestside to collect my order, I had received the confirmation email telling me it was ready for pick up, went in and the young assistant said he could not find it so he had to ring the manager, manager told him on the phone he remembered my surname for an order and he would ring me when he got back in 15 minutes, still waiting 6 hours later, I've noticed some bad reviews about this particular manager, Currys last time I be using you

Very disappointed! We ordered a fridge freezer and a washing machine online and paid for the delivery just to get them next day, even though other stores offered free delivery in 2 days. We didn?t receive our order on the scheduled day, and the tracking shows that we will receive it after a week!!!

Went in to get a swap of my earphones that had become faulty. That process was relatively quick, however when waiting I overheard what I assumed was one of the managers speaking to their staff in one of the most rude manners I've ever heard, completely talking down to them like they were a child. I've worked in retail management for 20+ years, and would be absolutely horrified if any of my Managers were dealing with their staff like this. I had asked the colleague I was dealing with about it, they told me the managers name was Mark and that it's an everyday occurrence for him by the sounds of things.
Curry's, you have very helpful staff in this branch, but it seems this manager Mark is a bit of a control-freak. I've fired managers like him for less. Do the staff a favour in there and get rid of him! Beggars belief he was given a management role, with that attitude I wouldn't hire him as a colleague!

Manager called Mark is a nasty piece of work. Had a terrible encounter it seems like he isn?t able to cope with this job ? Mark came into the interaction already angry and defensive, his behaviour was shocking and threatening. He has zero people skills and I feel bad for his sales teams that must have to deal with his abusive behaviour all day.

Purchased a £200 coffee machine from the store, when opening realised there were parts missing. Returned to Curry?s in order to replace the missing part, was informed by store manager Mark that it was ?not necessarily the case? that parts were missing despite the fact the other coffee machines on the shelf contained this key missing piece. Manager became irate and told us that a refund would ?not be possible? today as no parts were missing. After several minutes Mark realised the part was in fact missing and reluctantly gave the refund. Customer service appalling, felt very intimidated by Mark, and was made to feel as though we were lying. Will not be purchasing from Curry?s again.

I bought a Chromebook on 22nd January 24 first day at home it broke. They replaced it and now today the same thing has happened again. They are quoting our POLICY. This Chromebook is less than 48 days in my hands. Have a look at the pictures taken from my Chromebook. "Apparently" I'm just unlucky that the exact same thing has happened twice.I would have been happy to pay extra money to get a Chromebook/Laptop that works but all I was getting was "Policy" it needs to go back to the manufacturer.

One guy to serve the white goods. We knew what we wanted and were told it was the wrong choice. The right choice seemed to be anything other than what we were interested in. Then he walked off and started to serve someone else. When I asked was there anyone else who could help he replied there was only him. We were going to spend around £2,500 on goods. I like to help support local workers, but that order will now go to Amazon

My smart TV went faulty after 3 years.My warranty was 5 years .Curry's replaced it as it couldn't be fixed. So ensure you have a warranty with whatever products you purchase.

Absolute joke of a place they except ur order take ur money send email to confirm and then wen ya fone to see about collection cause they didn't get bk to u even though they said they wud b in touch shortly wen on the fone they cancel the order no explanation no apology Absolute nothing horrendous place definitely wud not recommend

Went to buy a new washing machine with my wife, after choosing a few possibilities from the great selection on the shop floor we asked could we buy one ? But were told after our fourth choice that there was yet again "none in stock"the staff here seem to have a very couldnt care less attitude as the assistant agreed with us our best bet would be Amazon. Do the staff need a bit more people skills ? Do Currys actually care whether or not they actually sell anything ? Very dissapointing experience a total waste of our time, their loss was Argos gain, went home and ordered one online, so much easier !
