I've visited this store many times over the years and always received exceptional customer service. That was until this evening. Where myself and another gentleman were "greeted" with the possibly the rudest and most aggressive customer service I've ever experienced anywhere. My friend was hoping to return a pair of boots that he assumed were faulty only to be stunned when he was confronted by a downright rude, patronising and aggressive store manager. Needless to say we will not be back in this store again and will take our business elsewhere.

Love this shop. The selection of walking/hiking footwear is excellent. Very knowledgeable staff with lots of information re sizes, styles and 'best for purpose' stuff. Enthusiastic but not overpowering.
