Went for a coffee/hot chocolate yesterday and was shocked to be told we could only have a takeaway cup as short staff. So in other words not wanting to have to do the dishes, bearing in mind there were 3 staff and not overly busy. Didn?t get offered a spoon nor was I offered a plate for sandwich. Think considering we pay taxes to sit in we should be entitled to a proper cup/crockery/cutlery. Watching an elderly couple eat from a napkin is just a disgrace. If I wanted a takeaway I would have asked for one?.

No Wi-Fi in the Kennedy centre location so I?ll have to opt out of having my coffee here as Wi-Fi is an important component ?coffee isn?t cheap ?give us Wi-Fi Ive as numerous times for Wi-Fi to no avail so I?ll not be back

would not go back here again ordered tea the teapot was really badly marked with brown staining i asked to have it changed oh it's only tea stains was the reply i dont know what standers they have so i cannot give a good review i had to give one star as had no other

I have been to most Costa shops in Belfast. I I can say that the Kennedy way shop is the best kept. It is always clean and staff are always working to keep iit that way. I can see why all the other branches can?t do the same.

Absolutely appalled. Got two ?cortados? which I can only describe as dishwater. Absolutely no texture to the milk and was burnt. Won?t be back.

Went in atb4 o'clock mst of areas already close of for cleaning thought all that was done when you closed.sevice was not good

Called into Costa Coffee Kennedy center, this outlet wasn't busy, being the only customer waiting at the counter I wrongly assumed I might receive courteous service. The staff member was mopping the floor behind the counter, after he finally acknowledged me I ordered two latte coffees and without washing his hands and with a don't bother me attitude he made two of the worst coffees I've ever had. He had placed one of the cups incorrectly under the dispenser, when I pointed this out to him he rolled his eyes and became really petulant, he made an over the top point of pouring the coffee out and made a new one, worst presented coffees ever with spillage down the outside of the glass he then casually tossed eleven(what a waste) napkins onto my tray. Maybe if his colleagues hadn't been chatting with each other out on the floor I might have received proper service. Won't be back to this particular outlet. I have always received professional service in any other Costa.

A bit pricey but its very cosy to sit in, great atmosphere for meeting a friend or family. The food always tastes great, and coffee never disappoints.

There was a slight problem with the drinks we received but me and my partner hadn?t even noticed. Whoever was on shift today took it upon themselves to apologise and refund us the difference in cost of drink and gave us a couple of sweeties to apologise. Absolutely wonderful customer service for a problem we hadn?t even realised was a problem :)

was in this stink hole last month , some barista called connor , his hands and nails were filthy , and was handling food , he was also talking about what he had be doingn the rise in a bar in union street belfast disgusting, i will never be back , , with monkey pox on the rise and covid must be foremost in peoples thoughts ,
