Toilets are disgustingly dirty and smelly. Tables & Floors not clean despite being there at 10am. Coffee was cold. Come on Costa, get your act together!!

Toilet very disappointing, floor sticky and wet around toilet bowl. Very little toilet roll, the roll was out of container and sitting on the top of it. There was visible faeces around the edge of roll. We did complain to staff member. This Costa was at Boucher Road. ?

Unclean, floor dirty, table dirty, had to clear and wipe table ourselves. Food and coffee poor, will not be back.
