The air con was extremely cold and far too strong. I couldn't even sit in to enjoy a cup of coffee. I told the staff but they told me they didn't know how to adjust the air con.
Obviously I am not going back!

The flat white has more milk in it than a dairy farm.

Cleanliness at this particular shop seems to be a low priority for its management. While trying to order bakery items, we noticed a bee buzzing around in the bakery case and then casually park itself on salted chocolate brownie. When this was pointed to the staff, their response was that they have no way to cover the bakery items and protect them from the bees pollinating them with bacteria. One would think that after Covid food service businesses would be more careful but obviously not this shop.
