The portion of carrot cake is good, but too small for almost ?4, however, in the black tea with milk they put a lot of it. The system is self-service, keeping the corresponding queue.

I would give this place a five star younger staff were lovely and very efficient but there was a older member of staff wasn't quite so helpful and spoiled our visit

I mean I have never seen such rude staff..they behave as if we are there to ask money from them! Pathetic coffee..made in a hurry. Spoiled it for me & my wife!Never visiting again!

They mark multiple food items as vegan, when website clearly states they contain dairy and egg. Other costa's in city do it too! So if you have serious allergies, intolerances or morals - just forget it. Nasty behaviour. Go to Nero instead. Better coffees anyway

Really bleak and awkward feeling , often quiet which is nice but I got a small hot chocolate (£3.70) and the cashier asked if I wanted cream&mallows - I agreed and the total was then £4.70! May not sound like a lot but to myself I wouldn?t have said yes if I knew it would be that much.

ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS! Today I ordered one hot chocolate with a terrys chocolate orange bun and was devestated with both (to say the least) the cheap and overly large marshmallows packed inside of my cup ruined the taste of the entire hot chocolate and im extremely disapointed with the staff who were inpolite and
