Says it closes at 6, staff member locked up at 5pm and when I pointed it out she said that they can't inform Google it's up to head office. Very weird because anyone can notify Google maps of time changes.

Toilets were poor. Really poor. Dirty. Broken toilet seat. No soap. The toilets were also upstairs where we had chosen to seat (as it was warmer) and needed a code to access, which staff didn't tell you about when buying drinks downstairs...
Other than that the drinks were ok (we didn't order food). Be aware that you cannot use your UK Costa app or gift card from anywhere else in the UK (only realised after ordering...).

bought a medium frappe , it was very bland with no taste and got a small instead of a medium because they didnt have medium cups which she didnt tell me and got lied to by the girl because she said she charged me for a small when she didnt.

Best coffee spot in Belfast! Plenty of room, good for laptops as there is plenty of plugs and staff are great as well!

Working hours are not correct. They are opening and closing whenever they want. Don't count on this place.

Does anyone have manners anymore?? What ever happened to ?what can I get for you?? ?Would you like?.? And a simple ?thank you? now you get grunted at, just rude and why not wipe a table after you clear it? How are people giving a 5* review ?????

Upstairs is nice. Their hours indicate they are open from 11am on Sundays. Checked 11:30 and door still locked. Need to provide accurate operating hours.

Im confused how this particular Costa has so many generous reviews, upon entering it had a weird mouldy smell, no typical warm toasty fresh coffee shop smells here, also the general look and vibe of the place is lack lustre, tired and low effort, I appreciate that it is in a very busy location with likely a high incidence of unpleasant customers, or people that just don't care, but a good coffee shop should nevertheless be a refuge of quality, a relaxing clean environment and tempting treats, anyhow I stuck with it and proceeded to order my Americano with milk (order this regularly at countless Costas) and to be as succinct yet descriptive as possible it simply tasted like the place smelled, bitter and fusty, I did have several sips to make sure it wasn't just me or wether it was passable at least as a warm drink, but in the end decided to abandon the whole idea of drinking it or even requesting another to be made for what good it would likely have done other than to irritate staff who already seem glum enough to be working at this place. I did notice others sat with their drinks happy enough I will note in fairness, so who knows perhaps I was overly tuned into whether the taste will be reflective of the general odour and vibe of the establishment, I'm not sure but I won't be returning to this Costa.

Far to dear, toilet floor was soaking, toilet roll holder is to far away from toilet, staff was too busy talking. No gluten free option ? Too much competition around, I won't be back
