RIP off prices. A caramel square is 2.70. A cookie is 2.70. You?d have to be a right mug to pay that, in my view. Slow service and dirty tables.

Terrible nearly every table had a dirty tray on it and staff too busy talking. It's very dirty and run down. Hot chocolate so hot you couldn't drink it.

I?m a Costa regular and everytime in the last 2 months I?ve went in to to get a coffee either the coffee machine has been broken or the whipped machine has also been broken I work near the Boucher road store so it?s handy but I definitely won?t be back as it?s ridiculous opening a coffee shop that can?t serve coffee majority of the time and the customer service isn?t the best most off the times either. this is really frustrating as any other Costa I go to is well organised and very friendly
