Wouldn't use ever again. Was told items would be posted out by the end of the week on initial enquiry - no chance. Phoned up 4 or 5 times inquiring and was gave all different assurances. Obviously fobbed off every time. Was waiting 14 weeks in total. Never again.

Ordered a PE kit for my child for high school last year for September 2023 to be told that they didnt have their size as they are a small fit. I would have to wait until the size I wanted was available. That is understandable but I had to wait until today 2024 to receive the PE kit that I had ordered.y child has now nearly completed their first year of high school without the kit. This is a complete disaster.

I had ordered a top for my grandson, and there was a slight problem with the lettering. I contacted the firm, and within days the problem was rectified. Extremely happy how this was dealt with. Quality of top ?.Thank you.

Ordered my sons football training kit via their website. It took a while to come but they made us aware of the timelines before we ordered. I?d ordered the wrong size and asked could I change it. They couldn?t have been more helpful getting us sorted. Amazing service, hand delivered in one instance and regular contact maintained. Thank you to all especially Paul and Jamie!

If I could give them zero I would! Absolutely awful to deal with, ordered a school football kit in June & paid for it, still waiting in October. I have been told twice that it?s there and being sent, but nothing arrives. Rarely answer the phone, I have no idea how they?re still in business or why schools use them ????

Ordered my son's PE kit for school from here, fellas where great to speak to on the phone, really apologetic for the delay, but don't hold your breath for someone to phone you back....I just hope if they can't cope with a big order ie. All school PE kit then don't put a tender in for it. Overall not good customer service

Ordered stuff in June and still not here in December. Would like to say that this is a one off experience but unfortunately not. Waiting forever every year butbhave no choice as my sons club uses this company.They will say that it is a supply issue. But an online company can send me the stuff in 2 days - same stuff without club badge

Excellent experience with these guys. Have used them years. Possibly 10 or 11 full kits ordered plus 2 rounds of club gear. Online shop takes the hassle away from the club. Nothing is to much bother for them. Ordered a set of tops a week before a cup final due to a kit clash. Boys delivered it in under a week
