Awful experience in Forestside by staff member Geraldine. Waited to be served while she chatted to other staff. Finally when I was paying asked for my email. I said I want a paper receipt. She went off on some tirade that I have to get one. Slammed the shoes on the counter and didn?t even offer me a bag.
Horrible woman.

Currently here shop with customers waiting and two members of staff on the floor working together obviously one is training but it ridiculous I asked where there other staff members in i was told doing deliverys after 15 minutes of waiting had left do better.

We got help with a shoe fitting for our two year old son and Tridha was such a great help. She was very patient and gave us lots of options and helped us pick the perfect pair of shoes for our son. It was a very good experience thanks to Tridha!!

I went to the store yesterday and got a pair of black shoes for £70. They are of reasonable quality for a good price. I was served by a lovely sweet young woman called Eva who was friendly and helpful. She is a credit to her employer.

Had a brilliant experience at Clark?s Shoes in Forestside. The staff had great understanding of the medical conditions helped by best shoe fitting practice. Really welcoming and helpful. Great range of shoes too. Not limited to just ?old people?s shoes?

Though the shop was busy when we entered, we were politely seated and waited for few minutes.
Had to buy for my three kids. Each one had been given special attention to try out different style and discuss the pros and cons. There was no haste.

Served by Lara who was very professional and great with our two kids,a credit to the business,this was in stark contrast to her unprofessional ignorant and patronizing store manager,very tempted to walk out of store please make sure this is addressed ,this woman is not fit to deal with the public.

Took my daughter for first shoe fitting and Geraldine the manager made our experience very negative! I am surprised she is the manager of a store as the way she spoke to her staff and us was quite surprising.

I had a couple of great experiences at this store in the last few days. I went to get some new black formal shoes at about 18:00 and it was quite quiet. The young assistants didn't approach me but when I asked them if they had a particular size in the shoe I was interested in they were very helpful indeed. I tried another size which felt a little big but bought them anyway. I tried on at home with the correct socks and they were still quite big. I went back at lunchtime today. The store was very busy, but the manager Geraldine was wonderful. She was able to multitask and deal with multiple customers at once - not sure where her other colleagues were. I tried a smaller size, then she measured my feet, followed by suggesting an insole which solved the issue of the shoe being too big. She clearly knew exactly what she was talking about and is excellent with people. I had my receipt so was able to do an exchange and then just pay for the insoles. It was a pleasure to deal with the staff here, particularly the manager Geraldine! I got some great shoes that should last me for a few years anyway and along with the exceptional customer service it left me very happy. I would have no hesitation in returning to this store the next time I need some shoes! Highly recommended!

For shoe fittings, book an appointment. I was able to give my name and walked through and got helped immediately.The staff were welcoming and we were helped by Ispraha. She was brilliant and very professional. She was personable and made great conversation while fitting.From welcome to goodbye, we were treated very well and got some great quality shoes.

Went in yesterday to get my daughter fitted. Lovely girl Lauren fitted her she was extremely helpful and for only being there a short time was excellent. Highly recommended!Such a shame myself and my friend witnessed her being barked at by I can only assume was her manager.This girl dosent deserve to be spoken to like dirt on your shoes. You have no respect for anyone the way you speak to your staff. I wasn't the only one to notice. I overheard several customers talk about what they had witnessed. Just because you are manager dosent give you the right to bully your staff!!I hope everyone who hears it complains as head office need to know that your behaviour isn't acceptable in front of customers as dear knows how you treat your staff when the shutters are down!
