“I recently visited the front door of Belfast Citadel. My grandparents were members of the Corps over 100 years ago and my father was born in Belfast in 1917. We still have the post card from the Cradle Roll Sargent. They lived on Damascus Street, but the street number on the card has faded beyond recognition. They immigrated to the USA in 1926 and became officers. I grew up hearing stories of the great band and soldiers of Belfast Citadel. Great to see that you're still going strong. James D. Bethune - John and Isabell Bethune”
