Company including senior management has zero interest in helping you if your vehicle is out of warranty. Doesn't matter if the issue has already been reported and noted as an issue during the warranty period which expired a week ago.They offer to help out by looking at the vehicle in 3 months time and you will have to pay for everything.......Other main dealer franchisers extremely helpful and understand customer service. Vehicle sorted elsewhere.Will not be visiting this dealer again.Do not recommend.

a series of horror experiences, both with purchasing a new Land Rover and with myJeep when Charles Hurst forgot to tighten the bolts on my rear left wheel when they serviced my car. I was minutes from a serious accident. This should never be possible to happen and yet I have fought for weeks to get this taken appropriately seriously - truly shocking

Rang to book my old Defender in for a Safety Recall. I was bluntly told that because I had not bought the vehicle there (unlikely when the vehicle is 11 years old and bought used) that I would have to take it elsewhere due to their policy. Difficult when Land Rover only gives you 2 options.I added that my father had bought quite a few vehicles from them over the years. I was still given the same response.Make your own mind up on that. But if I ever had any goodwill towards them, I don't now.

Just watched a video showing the Aftersales Manager in JLR assaulting a man with a camera, absolutely disgusting and unprofessional behaviour. Senior staff seem completely ignorant of what constitutes public and private access and Lookers will be contacted to make sure staff are educated on the matter.

I reported a lag in my wife?s Evoque last Oct/November.Charles Hurst Belfast tell me they can?t find it.I left it in again last Monday 12-06-23 and on Wednesday 14th they rang me asking for permission to test drive it.They had full permission to do whatever necessary on Mon 12th before I left, and I even asked them did I need to sign anything, they said no.My wife had already received an email saying to drop it into Sport mode for faster acceleration when taking off.What kind of response is this, when you buy a supposedly quality car from a reputable manufacturer.This saga goes on and on.I have no car since Monday, and no communication from Charles Hurst, as to what is going on, other than to ask if they could test drive my car that was left in 3 days earlier.I have tried to make a formal complaint to Land Rover UK but cannot get a proper email address. So convenient of them.The people on the front desk try their best and have to face the public, when the people behind the scenes sit in their fancy offices hiding.EJ has tried tirelessly to resolve this without success to date.I wonder when I will hear back from Charles Hurst re my car?I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.An update to my post 2weeks ago.Sean the service manager contacted me and apologised for the inconvenience. I requested Charles Hurst to keep the car and drive it over a few days, which they did, and thankfully they realised that what we were saying about the lag was true, as the engineer experienced it while driving.Sean immediately got the issue sorted with the gearbox, and under warranty, even though the warranty had expired in October/November last year.This is the kind of service that customers should receive, without having to complain or go on any social media to get a response.I am very thankful for Sean?s assistance and if every customer were to receive this level of service then I would have no hesitation in recommending Charles Hurst.

I had a problem with my Satnav in my Evoque. Louis on the Service desk took control of the issue and sorted me out within 10 minutes. He even give me a quick Tutorial on operating the system. Excellent service. He definitely went above and beyond. Thanks again Louis?
