Amazing place. Time is not linear here. I have lost uncountable hours. The place is a heaven for gamers/tech enthusiasts. Worth a visit and purchase. With 5 years warranty and 48 hours return policy, it?s the best second hand shop anyone could ever visit. Staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Bought a phone with a dodgy charging port. Returned in less than 24 hours as was told if I wasn't happy I could return it within 2 days and get a voucher. Told it needed to be booked in for a test and then they looked at it and told me there was a build up of dirt in the charging port and to go to Phone house and pay money to get the phone that THEY sold me less than 24 hours before hand. Then tried selling me some nonsense about how they pair leads with phones and I couldnt return it without the exact lead they gave me or I could not buy another one of the hundreds of phone leads that I know live behind the cex counter for the phone as a replacement. Was unable to log out of my samsung account so will be back tomorrow, but I really feel like the staff are making out that I am trying to scam them and run up the 48 hour return guarantee, which I do not appreciate.

Good place to sell unwanted tech/collectables. Good place to buy tech if U don?t mind used items (all items I bought were class A which mean almost brand new, and they looked this way)
Friendly staff (remember David as he called me couple times regarding item I left and he was always polite and professional).

I was told to wait for 2 hours, so I decided to go home and come back. When I returned, I was told to wait another 20 minutes.
The products I traded in are all grade A products, but the person who looked at them marked most of them down to grade B. This is funny because there are 100% no scratches. I needed the money that day, so I just agreed rather than defending my opinion.
I won?t mention which products, but I am very disappointed, especially since there are 100% no scratches. I always keep all my tech in grade A condition; I clean them more than the average person and take good care of them. CeX normally offers low amounts, and then to get it graded to B and receive even less is outrageous.
Interestingly, I cleaned my device before I came down, and when I was in the shop, the guy mentioned the reason he marked it down to grade B was that the product looked dirtier than what I gave to him.
I?m very OCD, so I always know it?s not my dirt because I clean products daily?every day. I also have a rotation of cleaning cloths and special cleaning products. Additionally, I have my UV light to kill bacteria, so you can guess my products would be in A condition. I really felt like the guy robbed me that day, but I had no choice but to accept the offer because, like I said, I needed the money.
I also don't understand why there are so many staff and why it takes so long. I?m sure I?ll get a reply defending their store, yet I?m not the only customer saying this.

Staff are more than welcome to help customers, definitely a great experience in this cex shop due to customer care which I value greatly at this pacific cex shop and is only because it has the best staff working and that goes for full team of them working behind desk aswell more than trusted
Traded in headphones grade B more than happy with grade will always be Fairly graded by this cex shop, leaves a happy customer and high reputation they showed/exceeded in doing for me down at Kennedy centre cex.

Really annoyed here. My partner bought a phone in CeX 5 weeks ago and it stopped charging 3 days ago. Took it there today for a repair or replacement but they said it was?water damaged?? which absolutely did not happen while he had it. So no repair, replacement or refund.. paid £315 for it and they won?t do anything about it. It?s disgusting that they wouldn?t do anything for us.. money down the drain and we?re skint enough as it is ????????????

Arrived at Kennedy centre half 9 this morning with 5 bags of stuff to trade in, opening time online was 9. Manager fiddling about inside display window saw me and my bags and I was clearly trying to get his attention to ask when opening was but he ignored. A couple came by and noticed my heavy bags and came and helped and got his attention for the manager to swear through the window at the guy this was a hour later.I understand the weather but why it wasn?t open a hour and half after opening was weird and I was only there to exchange into them.I?ve had plenty of positive experiences in there which has been tarnished by the manager who in previous times has seemed friendly but obviously he doesn?t like customers

Had to wait over an hour for a test I was told was 20 minutes, came back after 30 and not one member of staff asked me what I was in for, not even the girl who took the games in to test. I was then told to wait another 45 minutes for a test on earbuds they had refused to test alongside the games.Management needs to get a grip of this store and how the staff work, more interested in chatting than actually working.
