I rarely leave reviews but after leaving this shop today I just have to compliment the amazing lady working at the till today, Fri morning 25th July. The entire time I was browsing for cards the lady dealt with and served multiple customers and I overheard every single transaction. This lady is possibly the most polite, helpful and friendliest person I have EVER met in a shop. This woman deserves recognition for her positivity, attitude and helpfulness!

Superb store. Went around collecting stuff for a birthday party and found the most affordable as well as the best quality ones here. Great customer service too :)

Great service today in the Ann Street store, the lady at the till helped me choose some 21st birthday balloons, blew them up and created a lovely arrangement with a weight and ribbons.

Great affordability and variety. Customer service varies a bit. Room for improvement. I get the impression some staff may not want to be there. But if you don't mind that then? Great affordability and variety of cards and other bits and pieces.

Just out of this shop 5 minutes ago , only I needed birthday cards I would have walked out .The girl working at this time was on her phone having an amazing chat never came up for breath continued while serving and was so unhelpful won?t be back !!!

Went in with a wedding gift, asked the 2 members of staff if they could sell me some white wrapping paper and a nice wedding bag and also asked if they could wrap the gift up for me. I know it?s only a courtesy I was asking and it?s not a service officially provided but both of them couldn?t do it and didn?t even apologise. I think whoever is hiring people for these jobs should at least check if they could wrap up gifts or whoever is training these ladies should at least give them this type of basics. Again, I know it?s not officially part of the job, but it?s awfully poor customer service not to be able to help a customer in this situation. I don?t wrap up things, I always get it done in the shops were I buy the gift but this gift was bought online. And I was buying the wrapping paper in Card Factory.Imagine working in a shop that primarily sells wrapping paper and not knowing how to nicely wrap a gift. These staff members are very miserable, hopefully they can develop more passion for the job!
