Would highly recommend Campbell and Co to anyone. Everything is hassle and stress free, they are prompt to deal with any issues, nothing is too much trouble. The main person we deal with is Scott, although all the staff are friendly, approachable and very helpful.

I?ve had a rental property managed by Campell & Co for many years and have never once had to contact them, the reason behind this lack of contact is because not only do they make a deposit into my bank every month accompanied by a well laid out advice note listing everything that is relevant, they also send regular reports on how they visit my property for inspection and if anything needs attention they ask for my approval, then they contact the relevant trade person to carry out the repair. I?ve recommended them to a friend and they now manage a rental property for him.When I acquire my next rental property my first port of call will be Campell & Co as their management skill and attention to detail are second to none.

Live in a house rented by Campbell co. The house had an ongoing leak in the shower. We continued to contact the agencey regarding this issue but they never fix it properly. Eventually a hole appeared in the kitchen due to the ongoing issue and black mole appeared around the area. When we reported that it had got worse, they still did nothing.

Excellent service from Campbell & Co and I would definitely recommend them for selling a property. Paul handled our sale and provided excellent care - always got back to me in good time, guided and supported us through the entire process and was patient in dealing with our many questions.
