Within a few seconds of entering the cafe, a male server with a ponytail aggressively and condescendingly accosted me for opening the door the ?wrong way?. When I asked him not to take that tone, he turned his back and ignored me. I hope nobody else experiences such rude and terrible service.

Absolutely no gluten free food whatsoever. Not a single gluten free tray bake. If u have coeliac like myself then your only option is a packet of cheap rice cakes or an extortionate bar of Lindt (twice the price of Tesco). Ridiculous how a multi million pound company can?t have one gluten free traybake for people with uncontrollable medical conditions yet they can make half of their desserts vegan. Very very disappointing.
