My order is a decaf cappuccino oat milk. This my second review in a couple of weeks. As I got a half cup of froth the last time asked the server to let the milk "settle". They tried. They did however say that oat milk is froth and " not a lot we can do with this". Not good customer service and this is someone training a new member of staff!! Another cup of not hot enough half froth served. I get a perfect order from an other coffee shop so will not be going back.

It's a Costa! Not great tea, friendly staff decent buns but not great food.

I can't believe in this day and age that the only gluten free snacks Café Nero has to offer are rice cakes. RICE CAKES! I'll stick to Costa Coffee with their gluten free chocolate brownies until I hear otherwise.

Been here a couple of times big enough cafe with lots of seating areas both outside and inside including an upstairs area too. Accepts the £1 voucher from the 3 App.

Im a big fan of Nero. Their coffee and food offering is great, service generally good.
BUT...they need to look at their cleaning standards. For a food outlet this leaves alot to be desired. And despite many previous pieces of feedback they do nothing about it.
