Great Nero coffee shop and handy to have one literally a 3 minute walk from my house. The staff are fantastic and always full of chat and a smile. It's always hectic, which isn't a bad thing, just shows it's popular! They do a fab hot chocolate and it's got a really peaceful and chilled vibe to the shop.

Very busy coffee shop. Lovely staff. They are dog and child friendly, although some running kids could be on the leash for their own safety.
The staff is very helpful although, you can tell they are putting lots of effort to accommodate customers while being busy.

We had three breakfasts at this cafe near the B&B where we were staying. The environment is clean and tidy, comfortable tables, good selection of coffee and pastries. You don't regret the Italian breakfast. We have never been in rush hour, so we calmly prepared to face the day in the city.

Very nice place, love the vibe. Was super excited to see not one, not two but FOUR doggies inside. Doggie treats for every 4 legged customer, customary water bowl brought to your table. Amazing.

We called in after 5pm on Sunday. Very friendly servers, great drinks and cake . It's a well kept Cafe Nero.
Realised on Sun evening that we'd misled our daughter's phone. Husband went back first thing Mon am and to their credit, phone was found and put behind the counter.
Very grateful for the thoughtfulness .

Great Coffee, Great Service. Very Clean & a very Friendly Staff. Standards have remained as high as ever, in my yrars of going to my Local Nero.
Vegetarian options: good variety & good Value
Kid-friendliness: Great Staff, prompt & efficient & Dog Friendly.Also it is Dog Friendly.

Called in for a cappuccino @ 4pm midweek. It was very popular and filled but managed to get a seat. Seems it's dog friendly as there were 2 small dogs there very well behaved. My cappuccino had lovely full froth and the raspberry croissant had a good amount of jam. On the whole it was very good.

Perhaps it?s because myself and a few others were waiting on the shop opening, but the staff were a bit sour faced upon arrival. After giving my order, the barista seemed confused and I felt judged for my drink of choice.There was no chai syrup for my iced chai latte. It is essential that any coffee shop has chai syrup for an iced chai latte or it will come out bitty. Also, why not just have it anyway as some people prefer a sweeter taste?The shop seemed bright and clean at first glance, however we changed tables and found our second table had not been cleaned at all. I find this a little disturbing since we were the first customers of the day to sit there. This means the table hadn?t been cleaned the night before - Photos attached below. I suggest the managers stress to the staff how important it is that they complete all necessary cleaning duties during their closing shift.Altogether this cafe Nero isn?t awful but just isn?t great either. The classical music and random Italian stock images all over the place make it feel so inauthentic ? but I guess you get what you pay for.
