Great Nero coffee shop and handy to have one literally a 3 minute walk from my house. The staff are fantastic and always full of chat and a smile. It's always hectic, which isn't a bad thing, just shows it's popular! They do a fab hot chocolate and it's got a really peaceful and chilled vibe to the shop.

Very busy coffee shop. Lovely staff. They are dog and child friendly, although some running kids could be on the leash for their own safety. The staff is very helpful although, you can tell they are putting lots of effort to accommodate customers while being busy.
