extremely slow service, the girl with shaved head was more occupied chatting away to blonde girl behind the counter who might of been a colleague who was off shift or a friend. People behind me left due to the wait. very rude

the staff here is rude, i dont know what is their issue, i went there multiple times
with a friend sometimes they give you what dont order and if you said i ordered more than this or this isn?t my order they try to make it your mistake, and one more thing stop that not welcoming face, i am buying something from here dont act like you giving free things. it was awfull experience.

It's always full and quite noisy in this store now. I like it quiet so I can empty my head while I enjoy a coffee and a snack in peace for 15 minutes.
Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance is not an automatic door and there's no button to press to open it.

My wrap was falling apart and wasn't tasty, there were extremely limited lactose-free options as almost everything contains milk or cheese. Tables were sticky and dirty. Toilet was disgusting. The server was touching our food with her bare hands. Never giving them second chance :(

Service was good, staff are all sound but the tirimisu coffee was a terrible idea, don't buy it. Whoever at Cafe Nero came up with this idea needs tied to a post and 1000 tirimisu thrown at him.

Luxury hot chocolate was hardly luxurious - just mediocre, at best. Two of us got the same thing and both had the same opinion. And if we wanted service with a lousy attitude we could have gone to NYC instead of Belfast. ?

Great coffee and Italian crème roll and friendly service. The coffee was roasted and blended perfectly and the roll was fresh .

Staff were friendly, seating was comfortable and the food and coffee was nice. In a good area especailly if you want a coffee after shopping in the many surrounding book shops.
