A busy Café Nero in Belfast close to the Europa bus and train station. Plenty of seating and comfortable. Might be a bit noisy but the location has a lot to do with that. Tends to have a lot of people passing through as they come and go to the transport hub.

Staff friendly, drinks nice but the ladies toilet is absolutely disgusting and I mean disgusting. Smells like pee, the walls are filthy and the sink and toilet seat hasn't seen a cloth for god knows how long. Toilet seat is actually engraved with filth

My daughter & I popped into Cafe Nero before our bus arrived. Lattes and caramel squares were delicious ? The staff were lovely. We'll definitely be back ?

Although the shop isn't so busy with the train station closing, the food and beverages were still great, the staff seem a little low in mood, maybe the lack of foot traffic is affecting them. Still very pleasant, quick and efficient. As always pleased with the service and friendliness. Quieter than usual.

I asked if the panini are also fine if unheated, to take away, they said yes. The reality is that they're disgusting, and expensive.

Unbelievably efficient staff - only two on duty and they were working through a continuous flow of customers without being abrupt - even checking their preferences - and without mistakes, serving up excellent drinks. Despite the numbers and only two staff on, all the tables were cleared. Best coffee shop in locale by a long shot

I recently visited Café Nero and had a fantastic experience, thanks to the barista Mariana. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. As an Americano lover, I appreciated her recommendation to try the Brazilian coffee. Mariana explained the differences, highlighting its unique flavors and aromas. Her suggestion was spot-on?the Brazilian coffee was rich and smooth, a perfect alternative to my usual choice. Mariana's expertise and warm demeanor made my visit memorable. Highly recommended!
