Have Been using this Nero for some years usually great coffee and food.
Well not anymore we will be going elsewhere from now on.
Place was absolutely disgusting dirty tables, floors,cutlery, toilets disgusting doors smashed in not working.
Seats all broken and filthy dirty? also unsavoury customers I'm sure nero wouldn't be happy with such a shame.

Place is filthy floor doesn't look like it's seen a mop in a long time.. seats stinking too.. find all neros not very clean but this is the worst I've seen... don't know how they get away with it with food and hygiene inspections

Very average coffee at premium prices. Service was quite slow, however the staff were friendly enough and the opening hours are better than most other city centre coffee shops.

We sat outside, which may have been our folly. We got to be gassed by the smokers enjoying the afternoon sunshine.
Coffee was good, but I believe it may have also caused a later tsunami in the bathroom department. That single origin coffee appears to have some poke to it.
Wheelchair accessibility: Lwe managed to wheel a chair up to the outdoor seating with little bother, we didnt attempt to try indoors.

Such a great branch to visit. The staff are very welcoming, professional and helpful. There's one barrista who really does go above and beyond. He'll make your food and drink exactly as you ask even making suggestions on what to try, what other people are trying, catering to your taste. There's a good amount of space for people like me who need help to get around and a bathroom (which is clean) kept for baby changing and people who aren't able to climb stairs.
As its in a busy pedestrian precinct it's generally well stocked when I call in, being on the sunny side of the street it's a perfect place to rest with a good coffee on a sunny day. Plus victoria square is literally just across the way.
Vegetarian options: There's a reasonable vegetarian range,they have two new rolled pizzas available, tomato and mozzarella, and spinach and ricotta. Personally, I prefer a stronger flavour to my food, but everyone is different. It was still quite nice and quite soft. Most of the cakes are vegetarian but no vegan in the summer menu that I could see.
Dietary restrictions: Everything is dairy, except for the fruit salad, the spritzers, and the milk options for the tea, coffee, milkshake, etc. Which can be problematic as I can't always take dairy. There are nut and gluten-free options available, though.
Parking: Being right beside Victoria centre parking is close, secure and plentiful.
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of space for kid's to mess around, various drinks are specially tailored for children, just ask.
Wheelchair accessibility: Like me, I need space to move around, of which there is plenty. If you're by yourself, the staff will open the door so you can get in. They'll also bring your order to the table without being asked. They don't treat you differently either because you have a disability. There is a disabled toilet on the ground floor, which is only for use for people with mobility issues. That's quite refreshing as the toilet stays cleaner, and there's generally no queue to use it

Rude staff . Had a coffee cup from another place in w me since i was somewhere else for a while and was only meeting friends . staff member told me i couldn?t have my coffee cup from another place in here and made me put in inside a nero cup. not even in a polite way .
