Ladies toilet today was disgusting. Hair in the toilet, no soap or hand towels available. Blood over the sanitary bin ? the cafe too was generally grubby, not satisfactory when you're already paying extortionate prices for coffee

Came in for a coffee and a sandwich, a very rude tall older gentlemanman with glasses served us. I have never been served by someone as rude as him - I began ordering (a coffee and two items of food) and before I had even got my coffee order out he put his hand in my face and told me I had to wait until he was ready - even though he had invited me up to order. He then continued talking to his coworkers for a couple of minutes before taking the rest of my order. After I had paid I was waiting for the food, he very rudely shoved a table number towards me and grunted ?I would get them when he had a chance?. Again despite it not being busy at this point, so there shouldn?t have been a wait any longer than it took to cook the food. Myself and my partner then watched him walk around the shop twice - not cleaning or anything, and have a five minute conversation with his colleagues even though the food was prepared and getting cold. When my partner went up to ask about our food after 10 minutes of waiting in a quiet coffee shop, he rudely told her ?I said I would bring them didn?t I? and shooed her away. I am absolutely appalled at the level of customer service from this shop. You were made to feel unwelcome the minute you came in. Won?t be going back - I recommend Lisburn road Caffè Nero as the workers are much more friendly and don?t act like you are an inconvenience for being in there.

First and last time to use this Nero cafe. Poor customer service from the start and from a young employee. Tone of voice and manner received not acceptable. Also the time taken to serve two coffees was not impressive. On the plus side, the lemon drizzle cake was fresh and the coffee was good. A big improvement on customer service and overall cleanliness and employee appearance is essential.

The two older men who work in there are actually some of the worst customer service experience I've ever had, just blatantly rude and no regard for the customers, funnily enough though, zero issues with the younger staff, I'll just be avoiding this one in the future and using other ones

Have been a regular customer for some time but not anymore. Have definitely noticed a decline in cleanliness. The ladies toilet is particularly disgusting!
