Yummy bacon bap and well made coffee. I didn?t realize this place was a chain this I went here the first morning I was in Belfast. The two workers at the counter were very kind and welcoming.

Always friendly and really thoughtful staff. They all deserve a pay rise especially the girl that was on today she had apologised for another staff member burning the croissant too much for my liking during busy period. Made a new one right away and gave me a free coffee card for next time. Not every coffee place would do that very kind and thoughtful.

Quite a busy spot, a range of cultures use this shop. There was a good range of food and beverages available. A disabled toilet and baby changing are kept exclusively for those who need them. They're also clean and well proportioned. Other toilets are upstairs. There is plenty of space to get around for wheelchairs and other mobility aids. Staff are friendly and attentive. They treat everyone as a person rather than discriminating on disability or any other reason. There is plenty of outdoor space, and it's on a pedestrian precinct, so there are no traffic fumes and safe for young children. Dog friendly.
Vegetarian options: There is a small range of vegetarian sweet and savoury options, I quite enjoy the spinach and feta rolled pizza and pistachio and chocolate cake. There
are several vegan options available for those with dietary issues or lifestyle choices. All teas and coffee ?? come with dairy free options also.
Dietary restrictions: Dairy free, nut free options are available. Everything is clearly labelled.
Parking: Parking for blue badge holders is available reasonably close by free of charge.
Kid-friendliness: Lots of space in store and the shop is on a pedestrian precinct so is safe for children to run around, there is dedicated baby changing facilities and child friendly options available on the menu.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is plenty of space on the ground floor to manoeuvre a wheelchair or any other mobility aid. Wheelchair ?? accessible toilet is dedicated for disabled users, which is well proportioned. It's kept clean and tidy.

Atmosphere is so low is because there's two many junkies running about which put me off other than that the food and service is first class service with a smile

Honestly, I usually go to Costa, but as soon as I walked in I was greeted by 2 extremely friendly and welcoming gentlemen by the name of Matthew and JJ! Top tier customer service! Both deserve a pay rise as honestly the atmosphere they create would generate repeat custom without a doubt! It?s extremely refreshing to be treated like a friend rather than just a big standard customer! Keep up the great work folks and hopefully Portugal win the Euros!!

Nero coffee is usually fairly good, tasty bites too. Consistent with franchise, but the service was what made the difference. At the end of a Friday afternoon these guys were still cheerful, helpful and professional. Thanks.
