Stood at the counter for five minutes while the staff chatted with their friend and totally ignored me.went next door and got a subway and while walking back past they stood and give dirty looks while still chatting with their friend.

Got one of the new peppercorn chicken burger without bacon or raw onion. Couldn't eat it whatsoever it was like eating a tub of salt and the Lettuce (rocket) was so so bitter. Took it back to the counter told the staff and left it with them. They looked at me gormless. Definitely will not go back to burger king.

Still been waiting on the coffee machine to be fixed for possibly over 6 weeks. I don't drink soft drinks and it's resulting in my having to go the nearby subway just to get a drink with my meal. Very disappointed.

It's Burger King, they do their very best to make them all the same. This one is in Connswater's food court with great views provided by floor to ceiling windows across the city centre to the north and west of the city.Between the offers on the app, and a' free' whopper if you complete a survey about your last visit, return within 30 days and buy fries and a drink, you can get a relatively inexpensive meal.

I come here to eat quite often and the food is delicious everytime. The store manager, Brigita, is so friendly and couldn't do enough to accommodate you - highly recommend!Dietary restrictions: Fantastic for vegans and/or vegetarians
