Shocking reception staff. No empathy, no understanding just plain rude. Only for my dentist id move. The staff don't care and attitude on the phone is shocking. Id not advise anyone to use this branch

Avoid , avoid , avoid !!! I required a treatment however they said that my dentist has left and they need to hire someone else , 8 months later and they still didn?t find a replacement . Absolutely ridiculous. The receptionists are rude and extremely unhelpful.

Very nice staff an very caring broke my back tooth an gave me an appointment the same day I phoned......caring dosent cover for how now days dental is....I can only say thank you too Bupa dental care Belmont ?

This location has been my dentist for a number of years now and have had a few dentists during my time. I had to make an emergency appointment for a toothache I had and fortunately it was with my own dentist Fiona she is very professional easy to chat to is friendly and explains everything and ensure your comfortable throughout. She is a credit to Bupa and so glad to have her as my current dentist.

Staff so friendly and the reception staff always greet you with a smile and a friendly smile. My dentist is very friendly and makes you feel at ease and talk you through the treatment step by step

Useless!Was there post covid for a checkup, told I needed two fillings and an appointment would be sent out.....a month later still no appointment so I phone and am told that my dentist has left and none of the other dentists are taking her patients so I will have to wait until they hire a new dentist.Nearly a year later I am still waiting.Great job, bupa, great job!

Don?t know who their practice manager is but they need retrained! To leave patients without information that no dental care would be provided to them when their dentist leaves the practice is absolutely despicable.
Have rang numerous times to be fobbed off by receptionists who have been given the job of telling patients that there is no one to care for them. That?s if you get your call answered!
This practice has quite a few dental practitioners
& they should hang their heads in shame too that they are apparently being emailed to pick up a patient in pain but they?re obviously not caring one iota either - seem to not want to do too much outside of their normal hours.
Doctors got lambasted for how they left patients but yet dentists who are just as bad, if not worse, at least a person could go to a 24hr A&E whereas ?EMERGENCY? dentist opens 4hrs on a Saturday & Sunday so at BUPA BELMONT ROAD if your tooth pain starts on Monday - the lazy rotten gits who work here won?t stay behind on Monday to attend you, they?ll not come in early on Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri - nah you?ll be left sitting in agony until the EMERGENCY (complete joke) dentist can?t see you on Saturday or Sunday!!!
If you don?t want to work, to care for people & ESPECIALLY those less well off who can?t afford your private prices then sod off & find a job that isn?t allowing people to sit in pain & discomfort.

Had my appointment cancelled at a few days notice. Many months later I'm still waiting to hear from them. Poor service. Very, very poor.
