Terrible post office staff. Unhelpful and grumpy. They make it difficult to do anything through them. I will be using other post offices even though I have to drive extra.

Not bad, lady at the counter got my two eBay items processed right away. I'm guessing the lady who served me wasn't the other one described in other reviews as she was quite friendly.

The woman who works there has awful attitude, needa a course on customer service. Always grumpy, never smiles. Agree with the other review she clearly hates her job. Would put a dampner on anyones day. Does not take much to smile and be polite to customers. Manners cost nothing

The actual service station check-in didn't come up, but the Post Office inside the store is good. All you would expect from the post office recently refurbished to have an open desk, so no cashier behind the glass booth is the way forward possibly. They have a currency cashier in a booth type counter. Having to pay around £9 for special delivery is still outrageous, but needs must. The service station has eveything you could need i.e. bakery/deli counter, off sales, flowers, fuels and great Spar shop. There is a car wash facility in the forecourt and parking. Friendly staff. Can sometimes be difficult to pull accross two lanes of traffic when leaving the store for Belfast bound commuters.
