I had a flat tyre and 1 soft tyre so went here to put air in my tyre but when I put air in it, it was staying it as there was a slit in my tyre. My friend tried to change it but due to my alloys my spare wouldn't fit so I needed assistance from Foster Tyre Services.

Whilst the fella was sorting my tyres there was a van who had broken down, the fellas pushed it out of the pumps, so me and my friend offered to jump start them. When they were trying to sort the jump leads "Karen" appeared to give us all earache saying the car and van needed moved, the van had broken down so obviously it couldn't go anywhere and we were just trying to jump start the van so the fellas could get home after a days work.
"Karen" kept saying we needed to move as she couldn't see the cameras and when she was told 5 minutes, she got a bee in the bonnet and threatened to call the police.
"Karen" rather than doing her work that shes paid for in this garage was too busy sticking her nose into what we were doing outside. She started giving the fella from Foster Tyre Services grief asking how long he was going to be as he was blocking the car wash (noone had even appeared wanting to use the car wash) and he told her he had the other front tyre to do. Karen then went to my friends car and started on them too then proceeded to go to the fellas in the van telling them they needed to move their van and they explained they were waiting on their mechanic as the van had broken down.
Police arrived and went to speak to "Karen" but didnt speak to any of us
Absolutely appalling customer service when I had 2 flat tyres and the fellas had broken down. "Karen" would have been better fealing with the customers instead of talking about us all to anyone who would listen to her.

Does NOT sell BP Ultimate petrol even though it advertises it does. Staff tried to tell me the ultimate diesel was petrol.
