Found a male member who turned out to be the manager to be quite rude, he was loudly reprimanding another member of staff in front of other customers. I enquired with another member of staff who stated that this was a frequent occurrence, and a number of staff have had to leave because of this person. I would not recommend boots opticians at forestside.

Today I went in with a scratched eye from my babies sharp nails ha! The optometrist who looked after me was sooooo amazing, (a young blonde lady) sorry I can?t remember the name ?they saw me almost immediately and she was super kind and caring! Highly recommend!

I had a lovely experience with boots opticians. I booked an eye test online and when attending I was greeted on arrival. I was glad to see all the safety measures they have put in place for Covid-19. The staff were all very professional and friendly. The optometrist and I chatted during my eye test and I mentioned I was a student. Afterwards when I had selected new glasses, the clerk told me that my eye test was free and that they were giving me 10% off my glasses for being a student. They even made me an appointment to pick up my glasses the week after. Really quick and efficient service!

I have just been on your Boots number holding for 32 minutes to try speak to someone about my glasses - I'm not blaming the people in Belfast but I feel that's just ridiculous far too long . There's only the one number a national number to get through on - if it has just cost me a fortune I will never shop here again . I always use this opticians and have a choice as this is now a competitive market but this has been ridiculous today . Very Fed up.
