Jennifer, Eli and Lois were so kind, warm and clearly very knowledgeable. Jennifer is such a gem and gave me great honest advice about which frames suited me, and the types of lenses available. It was actually a really enjoyable experience coming in for an eye test today thanks to these lovely colleagues!

Called into boots opticians today. I bought my glasses with then 4 months ago. With time as expected they will get lose with wear. I was met with a friendly and curious assistant who immediately fixed them for me in a matter of minutes at no charge.
I'm glad I picked boots for buying my glasses in the first place. 10 out of 10, excellent service.

The staff were amazing and so helpful. They repaired my old glasses so that I didn't have to go without until my new glasses are ready. I couldn't fault them in any way at all. They explained everything in depth which so helpful and they were so professional too.

Very friendly, helpful and professional staff. They do not rush you or try to get you to purchase extras. Great selection of glasses. Really thorough eye test. I got two pairs of prescription sunglasses, medical eye scan and insurance for £247, which you normally pay for one pair. They don?t push the insurance on you. I got it because I damaged my last pair.

The staff working today Sunday 11th May at around 2pm were absolutely amazing. I have never had such a positive experience with anything before! I was a little bit startled as I lost my glasses and couldn?t see and not only were the staff super friendly, fast, helpful and efficient but also almost brought me to tears with their kindness. Wish I got their names so I could personally thank them here again but it was two ladies and one man, Thank you so much!
