My goodness this isn't first time ? received bad service, usually they are nice and helpful, didn't complain last time because I understand everyone can have a bad day now and again but no need to take out on customers. Certain woman has a bad attitude and could do with some customer service training, was on 16/06/2025 @ 15.45 really nasty bad attitude

What fantastic service they provide. Another local chemist wouldn't provide me with a few tablets under the Emergency Supply Scheme and I was told I'd have to pay, but it was not a problem in this pharmacy. Such lovely staff too, I think Maureen was the name of the pharmacy assistant, she was so kind. And the pharmacist was very helpful and accommodating too. I'm moving to the area so this will be my new local chemist and I'm glad this branch exists as a local option!
