I had to buy a ton of new stuff because the airline lost my bags. When I arrived at my hotel, some of my packages were completely empty! For instance a box of a mini Huda Beauty mascara I bought-empty?! I tried getting it via Uber Eats and my order kept getting cancelled, and eventually the store just closed so I was stuck. I?m already so stressed my stuff is lost, I can?t believe they have empty products on the shelf and I wasted my money.

Generally a poor experience here. Staff are not friendly and I often feel like I?m wasting their time. Text service is unreliable. Unfortunately they?re my closest pharmacy or I would have changed long ago.

I love Boots! So I hate to have to leave a negative review. However, I am now incredibly upset by the treatment I have received from one of the supervisors in store this evening.
For the second time, I have bought items which are showing as reduced on the labels in store, only to find that they are not actually reduced until tomorrow. After I realised that I had paid full price for both items - which were both advertised as on offer, I went back and asked the guy putting the labels on the shelves, why I had been charged full price? A fair-haired woman, mid twenties, with her hair slicked back, came and asked her staff member if everything was okay, completely ignoring me. She then said that it said on the labels that the offers didn?t start until tomorrow and, after some time looking, pointed to some minute numbers saying 0207 beside the bar code.
Since I used to work in another high street store, I know that they are not allowed to advertise goods at a price that they are not actually selling them at! When I mentioned this to her, she said ?You can?t expect us to stay up to 1am putting labels on things!? and then she said ?Right I?ll refund it? and stomped off to the till, not saying one more thing to me. When I left the store, I realised that she had only refunded one of the items and not the other - and she had kept the receipt! I was so upset by the way I had been treated in front of other customers, that I didn?t even notice that she hadn?t returned it or refunded the whole amount. Not only that but she gave me a disparaging look as I left the till.
I am just flabbergasted that this woman is one of your supervisors/managers! Is this seriously the standard of service you now get in Boots? Sorely disappointed!

For months I have been looking for white eyeshadow but didn?t want wish washy white I wanted pure white. Ladies on No7 couldn?t help and neither could Mac or Benefit.
Member of staff Lynn overheard and said she will go and have a look. I advised her not to worry and I was going to head off. She said ?no I don?t want you leaving disappointed I will find something suitable for you.? She disappeared for about 5 mins and came back with a Nyx stick. And I am over the moon.
Thank you for going above and beyond and exceeding my expectations Lynn great customer service.

Got colour matched today for foundation, I have a very pale complexion and the girl was very helpful in finding my perfect match, went with the Fenty foundation and I am very happy with my purchase. I didn't get the girl name but she sounded like she had a down south accent and was really lovely, will definitely shop here again ??

Was in boots went to the girl that work in in the chemist what a useless person ask about diabetics blood machine and was told yeah they are over be side the lift and she walk away from me is was a good as chocolate tea pot ur loss in money not mine go somewhere else boots can u not train ur staff

We'be been there twice for travel advice for holidays (what jab we might or might not need)the attention and professionalism of Victoria was outstanding.
We ended up having two different injections,a bit of a sore arm but a great feeling of being in good hands.

Purely on the pharmacy located on the first floor. Very disorganised took near 30 minutes to get my prescription. There was a older person whom had left their prescription in yesterday to collect today (04/03/25) only to be told they have lost it. Honestly one of the worst pharmacies I've been too.
