We ate there last night. The food was solid. It is a nice neighborhood pub. We were tired and ate very late. Apparently, we were overcharged for drinks that were not ours. We happened to be walking by tonight, and the woman who sat us the night before comes running out of the bar to the sidewalk and stopped us. She told us we were overcharged last night and gave us our money back. It is worth supporting a staff who have that level of integrity.

Attended as a group of 5 at a relatively quiet time, very few other people in - waiting 10-15 mins to order drinks and food and waited another further 50 minutes with still no food arriving or an update; ended up leaving with just paying for drinks - no discount offered or updates given or anything and manager Ed ?offered? to take the food that we didn?t receive off the bill, extremely poor service

The two girl bartenders were incredibly rude (one red head and the other brunette)one of us asked where the bathrooms were and they said ?erm where the big toilet sign is?? When ordering drinks they made us start again because one person in the party didn?t say please. Whilst they may have found this humorous, we didn?t not. As someone who works in customer service, I would never provide this level of service.

Very tasty burgers, I had the one with fired Camembert. It was delicious! And not to mention the sweet potato fries sent me to heaven. Warmly recommend this place. Book upfront! I was alone and they made exception to accommodate me on one bar table.

Im writing this because we had a negative experience with a member of staff during our visit. We sat down at a table and were told to leave because it was reserved?which is completely understandable. However, the way it was handled was unnecessarily rude. The staff member, who had curly hair and glasses, spoke to us quite abruptly and without basic courtesy. We also noticed her treating two other customers the same way just before us. I believe it would be helpful for someone to speak with her about treating customers with more respect and professionalism. A little kindness goes a long way. We were going to order food I asked for a menu and that?s when she told us to leave the table. So we?re no longer ordering food.

Food was good, took a min tho, the main reason for this review was the depressing country music, was told by a member of staff the manager was going through a western phase, seriously bro, keep the midlife crisis out of the workplace, ate our food by couldn?t of got out of there fast enough. That wasnt fun dinner music, that was drinking in a bar alone about to deepthroat a shotgun cuz my wife left me music

Had to wait for a bit to get seated and then the food took a while to come out but it was worth it. The food was great and they have good veggie options too. All the staff were really friendly and was a great atmosphere
