Staff are generally nice at this store however they need to sort out their paint section! Nothing is where it?s supposed to be which cost me 20 minutes of searching, sorting through the paints only to find they didn?t have the one I needed. They need to spend more time on keeping this organised.

I was in Belfast with my son and mother for a weekend away and we visited this B&M store very nice store a great selection. There was an item displayed for £12 on the shelf and £25 in the box so my 10 year old son went to a checkout to confirm a price on it. When my son returned to me he was upset and I asked why and he replied that a male member of staff accused him of trying to steal it and when I approached this guy about it I got attacked and shouted at very unprofessional. I left the store with a very upset son. So if you?re visiting this store be careful of the guy missing a front tooth he should not be aloud deal with people with the way I was shouted at in this store. I don?t mean to go on but I have a very upset son cause of this horrible man

Store is dirty and poorly priced. Poor pricing apparently justified by the B&M app that has a scanner. Better B&M?s around the area.

I love B&M, I always find what I need and of great quality and at very convenient prices. Today I was also lucky that the cashier and the security guard (a man from Brazil) helped me with the purchases I made, really all the staff are very polite and kind people. It is always a pleasure to shop at your business! I'm a big fan of B&M! Thank you

Stopped by for a quick shop for my dog. The Pet isle was half stocked with little selection of food and treats compared to other stores.
