I arrived to view a 2 bedroom apartment 10 minutes early, we waited outside and when we had waited around 20 minutes I contacted the estate agent and they told me that 'Conor' had got held up at a previous viewing and was on his way. When we waited another 30 minutes with nobody arriving. We then contacted Bladon again and this time we were told that Conor had went to the house we werent there so he left. I made them aware I had waited at the front door of the premises for around an hour and nobody had arrived. A complete waste of time.

I have moved home four times now and never have i come across a more incompetent estate agents than Bladon and co. You have more chance of getting blood out of a stone than getting these people to do something for you. Dates were set for me to sign the papers then changed again at the last minute so i wasted a day of work for nothing after nearly 10 days of voice mail and phone calls not returned i was able to move into my house. I am still waiting on them filling in my benefit form and after being told on 3 seperate occasions i would be called back i am still waiting!!!!!! Please for your own sanity stay away from here.

Was looking through potential properties for myself and this estate agents name kept appearing! Gave them a wee call and the guy on the phone was a bit unhelpful, but more in a 'cant be bothered way' he could not get to crasps with the ideas that i wanted ro view properties that where available in june/july and that had at least a years rent available in them! Neway, he organised me a viewing, he was then late!the house was a tad shite to be fair! I told himit wasnt really what i had in mind, he started some waffling some shit about wasting his time! Wasting his time byt making him do his job, imagine lol neway he asked me what i was after, i explained, he said he would call me back in an hour! That was 3 weeks ago! Needless to say i now have a nice new house, which i found on my own!

When I was looking for a new gaff, a pad if you will (although please don't). I used a local website to find places, which gave links to the various estate agents. Bladon and Co was one of them. I had a few problems with these guys. First off, no one ever appears to be in their offices and I wasted more than enough call credit constantly getting an answering machine message of a monotone voice that made me want to flee the country rather than rent again. When I did get through however, they were quite pleasant, friendly guys who organised viewings with me without a problem. Then, however, when it came to their viewings, on both occasions the agent was around 30minutes late. Very frustrating.
