Lunch was very disappointing. My meal was tough cold roast beef... slow cooked roast beef which was like a piece of leather. The menu said champ, we got mashed potato. The roast veg selection was 5 small pieces of carrot and one small piece of parsnip. Two small soft pale roast potatos lying on a pool of gravy.... all served on a plate which was clearly way too small ( perhaps trying to trick customers into thinking they had a massive plate of food).
My wife's lunch was the same except her turkey was overcooked and dry.
Never ever Will I eat at benedicts. I advise you to avoid it. The only redeeming quality was the professionalism of the waiting staff.

Went in yesterday the bartender Nathan was just so nice and pleasant. my friend and I where sitting drinking and just noticed how nice and friendly he was to every costumer that had came up to the bar he's a good egg just thought I'd leave a review for him.

Lovley hotel ,staff were very attentive. Rooms were comfortable and clean.
Food in restaurant was lovley and good value for money .
The lounge had live music on the Monday and Tuesday and served cocktails for £5 from 5 pm .Location is great 10 minute walk to city centre and 10 minutes to bus and train station.

Only went for a weekday lunch. Have never stayed in hotel so know nothing about the rooms. The food selection, service and ambience was excellent tho. Would definitely return there and so close to the city centre and Botanic train station.

Recommend for a short stay in Belfast! Close to downtown and close to Queen?s University, Botanical Garden and Ulster Museum.

Bottomless brunch was amazing!
Sax player came in half way through. 2 hours of unlimited drinks and so much choice. Hen party of 10 had a great time. Food and drinks were fab, always had drinks

First time in Belfast and it did not disappoint! Arrived on an evening, was checked in promptly and directed to a lovely room. Headed down to the restaurant for dinner and was blown away by the service and the food. It was very busy but they managed to squeeze us in, I think because we were staying in the hotel. The food was first class and the wine was delicious. We were only staying a short time so did not have breakfast but the front of house staff were excellent at helping us with our tour of the city. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

We visited on Saturday in this night club. Everything was OK but the toilet cleaner was rude with girls.

Always have a great night here, can get busy at weekends, but plenty of bar staff so always get served quick enough. cocktails are great. Never stayed over so can't rate the rooms.
