Hard to get through to!They try to tell you what is wrong with you over the phone! Which no doctor can do!They need to open the belvoir surgery for those that can not get down to the doctors in Creagh!

I changed to thos doctors very recently and very pleased with them, no complaints.Easy to get through to on phone, receptionist was friendly and polite. Doctor was great, most helpful doctor I've seen in a long time ( can't remember her name. ) Overall great.

Horrible service. The website is not updated and they basically don?t work. Called in the morning, they have sent me to visit the branch, the I just stand for an hour in front of the door because they were closed. Don?t waste your time trying to register in there. Rude receptionists too.

The receptionists are very friendly, efficient, professional yet kind and understanding. The early all in appointment system is excellent and very customer aware. GPs understanding and professional. Very effective service provided.

It's fine! It can sometimes be hard to get an appointment here, but they do have a morning open surgery thing where you can come in without an appointment, isn't always the best as I'd have to book the day off work to make use of it, but it's nice to know there is that option if I'm really stuck. It's difficult to see the same doctor every time as they aren't always available every week, but the doctor's I've seen have all been nice. The only real problems I've had is with bloods being taken which was a major ordeal involving me having to come back every week for 3 weeks, which I've never had a problem with before in my life, but it got sorted in the end. Referrals to physio and minor surgery happened incredibly quick, so very happy with that!

Horrible receptionist with a terrible attitude, imagine working in a people facing role and hating people.... yes thats her. I went into register with the surgery was spoken to like I wasn't capable of filling in a form , when i'm most likely more educated than her. I feel for anyone who does need assistance filling in the form. I explained to the woman that i'm not registered with a doctor and dont have a medical card. At this point she said "yes you do" i then walked out.

Extremely rude receptionist staff. Have begun proceedings to move gp as I am tired of being sneered at and belittled every time I need to see a doctor.
